- “Services” refers to all products, platforms, applications, websites, and digital offerings provided by Figabytes, including current and future channels.
- “User,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
- “eSIM” refers to the digital SIM profiles and connectivity solutions provided through our Services.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase Services.
- Minors under 18 may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Services Provided
- Figabytes provides digital eSIM connectivity and related travel products.
- Availability, pricing, and functionality of Services are subject to change without prior notice.
- Services may vary depending on your device, location, and the networks of third-party providers.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity, as networks are managed by third parties outside our control.
User Accounts & Security
- To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Figabytes is not liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.
Payments
- All purchases made through our Services are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Figabytes does not store full payment details.
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges associated with your use of the Services.
Loyalty Program & Figs
- Figabytes offers a loyalty program where users earn “Figs” rewards on eligible eSIM purchases.
- Figs are non-cash, promotional rewards with no monetary value. They may only be redeemed for discounts on future Figabytes purchases.
- Membership Tiers: Your earn rate is determined by your Membership Tier, which is calculated based on the number of eSIMs purchased within a rolling 12-month window.
- Expiration: Figs remain valid for 6 months from the date they are earned. Expired Figs are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
- Redemption: Figs are redeemed on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis. We reserve the right to modify redemption rules or reward rates at any time.
- Termination: If your account is terminated for any reason, all accrued Figs are forfeited.
Referral Program
- Users may earn referral bonuses by inviting friends to Figabytes using their unique referral code or link.
- Qualified Referrals: A referral bonus ($3.00 FIGs) is awarded only after the referred individual completes their first purchase.
- Anti-Spam & Fraud: Referral links should only be shared with personal contacts. Mass distribution, spamming, or creating multiple accounts to claim referral rewards is strictly prohibited.
- Figabytes reserves the right to void referral bonuses or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
Usage Rules & Restrictions
- You agree not to:
- Resell, transfer, or share eSIMs without authorization.
- Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any software, technology, or intellectual property belonging to Figabytes.
Network Availability & Limitations
- Connectivity is provided via third-party carriers and network partners.
- Coverage, quality, and availability may vary depending on location, network conditions, and device compatibility.
- Figabytes is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or limitations caused by third-party networks.
Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, content, and software associated with Figabytes are owned by or licensed to Figabytes LLC.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Figabytes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
- Our total liability, for any claim, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Figabytes LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Services.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Services.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
Cookies & Privacy
- Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal data.
- We use cookies and similar technologies as outlined in the Privacy Policy and any consent banner presented to you. By continuing to use the Services after providing consent (where required), you agree to our use of cookies.
- If you withdraw consent or block cookies, certain features may become unavailable. Figabytes is not liable for functionality loss caused by cookie restrictions.
AI Interactions & Personalities
- Figabytes offers various AI-driven "personalities" or "vibes" that govern how our Services communicate with you.
- Voluntary Selection:You acknowledge that you voluntarily choose your preferred personality setting. This includes modes such as "Overkill," which are explicitly designed to be abrasive, sarcastic, or potentially offensive.
- Assumption of Risk: By enabling certain personality modes, you assume all risks associated with receiving content that may be perceived as hostile, rude, or insulting.
- Limitation of Liability: Figabytes LLC shall not be held liable for any emotional distress, offense, or perceived harm resulting from interactions with AI personalities that you have voluntarily enabled.

- Figabytes may update these Terms at any time.
- Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
- Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
