How to manually select a network on your Figabytes eSIM (improves signal, speed & connectivity)

If you are struggling with a poor quality connection on a particular network, then we advise you manually search and select a different network. You will only be able to get an internet connection on the network(s) we offer a service on.

Apple I-phone / I-pad

  1. Go to "Settlings"

  1. Tap "Cellular / Mobile Data"

  1. Select the SIM you want to configure > Ensure "Turn On This Line" is on >  Tap "Network Selection"

  1. Disable "Automatic"

  1. Choose the network you wish to connect to

  1. Your are now connected to the selected network.

Android

  1. Tap "Settings"

  1. Scroll down, tap "Connections"

  1. Tap "Mobile Networks"

  1. Tap "Network Operators"

  1. Select a SIM, in this example SIM 1

  1. Disable "Select Automatically"

  1. If this screen appears, tap "OK

  1. You are now connected to the selected network
