Fix mobile data issues by updating your APN settings
In most cases, your Figabytes eSIM automatically configures the required network settings. However, if mobile data is not working correctly, you may need to manually update your APN settings.

APN stands for Access Point Name.
These settings tell your device how to connect to the mobile data network.
If the APN settings are missing or incorrect, your device may:

- Fail to connect to mobile data
- Connect to the network but not load websites or apps

How to change APN settings on iPhone
- Open Settings
- Tap Mobile Data or Cellular
- Select your Figabytes eSIM
- Tap Mobile Data Network
- Enter the APN details provided by Figabytes
- Leave all unspecified fields blank
- Return to the previous screen to save changes
Restart your iPhone after updating the APN.
How to change APN settings on Android
- Open Settings
- Go to Network & Internet or Connections
- Select SIMs or Mobile Network
- Choose your Figabytes eSIM
- Tap Access Point Names (APN)
- Add a new APN or edit the current one
- Enter the APN details provided by Figabytes
- Save the APN and select it as active
Restart your Android device after saving the changes.

- APN details must be entered exactly as provided
- Do not add extra spaces or symbols
- Leave unused fields blank unless instructed otherwise

What if mobile data still does not work?
If updating the APN does not solve the issue:
- Confirm Figabytes is selected for mobile data
- Restart your device again
