When you purchase eligible eSIMs or top up your existing plans, your spending helps you progress through different loyalty tiers. Each tier gives you a cashback rate, allowing you to earn FIGs that you can use toward future purchases.
The more you spend, the higher your loyalty tier can become and the more cashback you can earn.
Figabytes Loyalty is a tier-based rewards program linked automatically to your Figabytes account.
There are four loyalty tiers:

You don't need to reach a minimum spending amount to enter this tier.

Tourist members receive 6% cashback on eligible purchases.

Explorer members receive 7% cashback on eligible purchases.
Required spend: $200
Cashback: 10%
Nomad is the highest Figabytes loyalty tier.
Once your eligible spending reaches $200 during the rolling 12-month period, you can reach Nomad status.
Nomad members receive 10% cashback on eligible purchases.
Your loyalty tier is based on your total eligible real-money spending during the previous 12 months.

A rolling 12-month period means your loyalty status continuously reflects your spending over the most recent 12 months.
For example, purchases that become older than 12 months will eventually stop contributing to your tier calculation.
This means your loyalty tier can change over time depending on your recent eligible spending.
Yes.
Both new eSIM purchases and eligible top-ups count toward your loyalty tier when they are paid with real money.
This means you don't necessarily need to purchase a new eSIM every time to progress.
If you have a reusable or rechargeable Figabytes eSIM that supports top-ups, eligible top-up spending can also contribute toward your loyalty status.
Only the portion paid with real money counts toward your loyalty tier.
FIGs used to pay for an order do not count as real-money spending.
For example, if an order is paid entirely using FIGs and you pay $0 in real money, that order does not increase your qualifying loyalty spend.
This prevents redeemed rewards from being counted again as new spending.
Cashback is calculated according to your current loyalty tier.
For every eligible purchase, you receive FIGs based on your tier's cashback percentage.

Maintaining your tier therefore depends on your qualifying spending during that period rather than your lifetime spending with Figabytes.
