Access your purchase history anytime
Your Figabytes account includes a Receipts section where you can view your purchase history and access receipt details for your eSIM orders.
This makes it easy to keep track of purchases, verify transactions, and review past orders whenever needed.
Where can I find my receipts?
You can access your receipts by:
- Signing in to your Figabytes account
- Opening your profile menu
- Selecting:
Profile → Receipts
Or by visiting:
https://figabytes.com/profile/orders
What information can I find in the Receipts section?
The Receipts page displays your purchase history, including:
- Previous eSIM purchases
- Order details
- Purchase dates
- Payment information
- Receipt records
As you make purchases, your order history will automatically appear in this section.
Why is my Receipts page empty?
If you see:
No orders yet
it usually means:
- You have not purchased an eSIM yet
- Your purchase is still being processed
- You're signed in with a different account than the one used for the purchase
Once an order is completed successfully, it will appear in your purchase history.
Can I download my receipts?
Depending on the order type and available account features, receipt details may be available directly from the Receipts section.
If you require additional documentation for:
- Business expenses
- Travel reimbursement
- Accounting records

How can I verify a completed purchase?
After a successful purchase:
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address
- The order appears in your account
- Receipt information becomes available in your purchase history
If you cannot find a recent purchase, check your email inbox and spam folder first.
What should I do if a receipt is missing?
If an order does not appear in your account:
- Confirm you're signed in with the correct email address
- Refresh the Receipts page
- Check your purchase confirmation email
- Allow a short time for processing
If the order still does not appear, contact Figabytes Support and provide:
- Order ID (if available)
- Purchase date
- Email address used for the order

- Orders must be associated with the account you're currently signed into
