The Figabytes Loyalty Program rewards customers for their purchases with cashback in the form of Figs, which can be used toward future purchases.
As your spending increases, you'll automatically move through loyalty tiers and unlock higher cashback rates.
This guide explains how loyalty tiers work, how to qualify for each tier, and how to maintain your status.
What are loyalty tiers?
Loyalty tiers are membership levels based on your total spending with Figabytes.
The more you spend on:
- eSIM purchases
- Top-ups
the higher your tier becomes and the more rewards you earn on future purchases.
Your tier is calculated using your total USD spent during the previous 12 months.
How are loyalty tiers calculated?
Figabytes uses a 12-month rolling spending window.
This means your membership level is based on how much you've spent during the most recent 12 months rather than your lifetime spending.
As new purchases are added and older purchases move outside the 12-month window, your tier may change accordingly.
Membership tiers and rewards
Homebody
Minimum Spend: No minimum spend required
Reward: 5% Cashback
All new Figabytes customers begin at the Homebody tier and start earning rewards immediately.
Tourist
Minimum Spend: $20+
Reward: 6% Cashback
Once your qualifying spending reaches $20 within the last 12 months, you'll automatically move to the Tourist tier.
Explorer
Minimum Spend: $70+
Reward: 7% Cashback
Customers who spend $70 or more within the rolling 12-month period unlock Explorer status and earn higher cashback rewards.
Nomad
Minimum Spend: $200+
Reward: 10% Cashback
Nomad is the highest loyalty tier and offers the largest cashback percentage available through the loyalty program.
What is cashback?
Cashback is earned in the form of Figs.
For every eligible purchase, you'll receive rewards based on your current tier's cashback rate.
For example:
- Spend $10 with a 5% cashback rate
- Earn 0.50 Figs
- Since 1 Fig = $1.00, you'll receive $0.50 in rewards
These rewards can be used toward future purchases on Figabytes.
What are Figs?
Figs are Figabytes' loyalty reward currency.
Fig Conversion Rate
1 Fig = $1.00 USD
Figs are earned through:
- Loyalty tier rewards
- Referral rewards
- Promotional campaigns (when available)
Your available Fig balance can be viewed in your Loyalty dashboard.
How do I track my progress?
You can monitor your tier status by visiting:
Profile → Loyalty
Your loyalty dashboard shows:
- Current tier
- Current cashback percentage
- Total spending during the last 12 months
- Progress toward the next tier
- Available Fig balance
- Reward history
How do I move to the next tier?
Simply continue purchasing:
- eSIM plans
- Data top-ups
As your spending reaches the required threshold, your account is automatically upgraded to the next tier.
No manual enrollment is required.
Can my tier go down?
Yes.
Because tiers are based on a rolling 12-month spending period, your tier may decrease if your qualifying spending falls below the required threshold.
For example:
- Older purchases eventually move outside the 12-month window
- If your spending drops below a tier requirement, your account may be adjusted accordingly
How do I maintain my tier?
To maintain your loyalty level:
- Continue purchasing eSIMs regularly
- Use Figabytes for future trips
- Top up existing eSIMs when available
- Keep your spending above the required threshold within the last 12 months
